INTERAGENZIA’s Code of Deontology
THIS PROFESSIONAL CODE OF DEONTOLOGY AIMS TO GIVE ETHICAL GUIDELINES WHICH ARE PART OF OUR CODE OF ETHICS. EVERY COLLABORATOR MUST GIVE HIS CONSENT TO THIS CODE OF DEONTOLOGY TO BE ABLE TO PROFIT FROM THE ADVANTAGES, REMEDIES, AND FINANCIAL GAINS OF INTERAGENZIA.
This business code also gives guidelines on how to act in ethical challenges. We will also outline the consequences of violating our business code of ethics.
This code applies exclusively to every collaborator of our platform.
The corporations must select one single professional representative. Each further representative must make an official request with the necessary requirements, as explained in the official policies of INTERAGENZIA.
Note that this code of deontology refers to legally and morally charged issues.
To be able to determine what is meant by “code of professional ethics or professional deontology”, the different core elements of this code will be defined.
Justice: make sure you’re fair and objective and don’t act in a manner that will disadvantage other collaborators or INTERAGENZIA for your own benefit;
Lawful and Lawfulness: knowing and following the regulations and laws in question, whether they are internal business regulations or national and/or European laws;
Professional ethics: the following set of principles helps to guide an ethical behaviour amongst the collaborators;
Teamwork: ask and collaborate. Your collaborators will then also be helpful to you. By always being polite, kind and understanding. Do not forget to respect the personal space of your collaborators.
Respect: respecting everyone you interact with is a very important business principle. One does not earn respect through socially inacceptable behaviour. Respect must be earned. To earn respect from your collaborators and from INTERAGENZIA, you should be reliable, steady, trustworthy and avoid playing any false games.
You also have to respect your contract with INTERAGENZIA. Never forget, your membership is only for one person.
You should always treat your collaborators as you want to be treated.
You will certainly find from time to time, ethically difficult situations, but never forget to be honest. If you have to pay a collaborator for helping you, always be honest with him/her. Also, towards INTERAGENZIA, you must always be honest. Being respectful with our members, collaborators and with INTERAGENZIA, is mandatory.
“Justice” refers to rights and obligations. If you have difficulties to sell an object, no matter what kind of object it is (house, apartment, hotel), and a collaborator could sell it for you (your right), you must respect his/her commission (your obligation) that you both agreed on. You must also fairly compensate his/her help by paying him/her his/her part.
Regarding INTERAGENZIA, you must pay them whether regularly a certain amount or once per year, as defined in your membership contract. If you do not respect your obligations and duties towards your collaborators or INTERAGENZIA, you cannot profit anymore from your rights.
Make sure you are fair and objective and neither disadvantage other collaborators nor INTERAGENZIA for your own benefit. If a collaborator finds himself in an ethically difficult situation, this code of deontology could be helpful.
Each collaborator must respect the national laws of the country in question. Furthermore, each collaborator must respect the regulations of INTERAGENZIA. To be compliant with the business rules and laws of INTERAGENZIA and to be lawful, the collaborator must know the deontology policy of INTERAGENZIA.
To be lawful, each collaborator must respect all the business policies of INTERAGENZIA and be comply with them.
If a collaborator is lawful, he/she knows the rules of the business. So, he/she can profit from his/her rights by being lawful and respecting his/her obligations, especially by paying yearly or monthly accordingly to your choice INTERAGENZIA, and also by paying the required commission to your collaborators.
Through being lawful, everyone can benefit from this situation.
Based on this code of deontology, we can conclude that it is in everyone’s best interest to respect this code of deontology.
By respecting this code of deontology, the collaborators can benefit from the services of INTERAGENZIA even if the Real Estate sector/market is damaged by a crisis that has driven Real Estate prices down.
